After a long period of gluttony and inactivity I'm officially back in the game! Did a 15 minute walk and a 15 minute light jog today. It mightn't sound like much but its enough to get me in the right mindset. Now I will have the willpower to refrain from partaking in the office pizza and cake party today. I will be indulging in my chobani and a healthy lunch of some sort instead. So proud of myself! Anyone else vowing to make a renewed commitment??? The weather is still decent enough to meet for runs
