okay ate my salad and the top of the muffin, two bites of cheeseburger, 6 french fries, one bite of polish sausage and a bowl of popcorn and plan on indulging in a beer or two. i only did 20 min on elliptical. it is saturday after all.

what i have learned this week:
*I absolutely must make the extra effort to wake early. it is the only way to fit in exercise with my schedule.
*Calorie count is great in that it gives you an analysis of your diet and it has a weight and exercise tracker on it as well.

Goals starting 7/5 (off for the holiday)
wake each day and do at least 10 minutes of exercise
increase fruits and veggies
increase water intake
